As a parent of two children on the spectrum Joseph knows the issues iAbida is addressing first hand. His experience in building companies can creatively work to help further our mission of a supportive organization for children with special needs inside a successful business environment.

Joe has 30 years of Executive sales management, senior sales, business and market development experience with a number of software companies such as Enigma, Unveil Technology, Speech Works International, GeoTel Communications, Cognos, Computer vision and Xerox. Joe's breadth of knowledge was built from his experience as a successful sales executive with domestic and international business expertise at both "start-up" and more established corporations. He is uniquely equipped with a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges faced by "developing" organizations. Joe's record of accomplishment in building teams and helping shape the organizations directions make him a valuable contributor to iAbida.

Joe has been active in coaching in his town of Sudbury as well as with fund raising efforts in Autism Speaks (NAAR) and Special Olympics. In addition Joe is a member of the BOD at Lovelane Therapeutic Riding Program.
